Convention Services

  • Publications

    We have two publications available at no cost. One is the London Discovery Guide, which is a small fold out map of our city. The map points out all of our hotels and attractions as well as listing all of the events and festivals taking place through out the year, and any activities which visitors can take part in. Around the perimeter of the map are coupons for local restaurants and attractions.

    Our other publication is the London Visitor Guide. This is a more detailed magazine on the city of London. It lists all of the attractions, festivals, restaurants, night life, etc. with detailed descriptions. This guide also contains the map pointing out all of our accommodations and attractions.

    These brochures are published yearly. Our new publications come out within the first two weeks of May. These items can be ordered in bulk with approximately 1 month lead time needed.

  • City of London Lapel Pins

    The City of London has gold plated lapel pins. Pins are a very popular trading item at group functions. We are able to supply you with 200 pins at no charge and then after that, they are 25 cents each plus applicable taxes. These items can be ordered in bulk with approximately 1 month lead time.

  • Tourism London Zap Banners

    Tourism London has zap banners available to your group. We can lend these out to you. The three banners contain very colorful images of the city and stand approximately 3 feet wide by 8 feet tall each. The banners are very portable and easy to use and come in a hard shell plastic case with wheels for easy manageability.

  • Transportation

    Tourism London and The London Transit Commission would be happy to provide you with complimentary bus pass for your delegates for the duration of their stay in London. The passes can be used for regularly scheduled LTC service. Simply provide us with the number of delegates you are expecting and the base location of your convention. A request will be submitted to The London Transit Commission. These can be ordered with approximately 2 months lead time.

  • Multi-Media

    Tourism London's website contains a large image gallery that you are able to download. These images may be used by your organization at no cost. We also have a DVD showing highlights from our city.

  • Little Extras

    Tourism London has assisted with many conventions in our city. We have planned everything from road rallies to theme dinners, gift baskets to dine around dinners. We've created custom maps pointing out convention locations, restaurants, etc. We've set up our information booth at conventions providing your delegates with tourist information. We will do everything we can to help make your convention in London the best one yet!
